Dr. Santos-Pinero is warm, knowledgeable, confident, and caring. She is genuinely an all around incredible physician. She listens to her patients intently, she displays well-grounded knowledge, and she is friendly and easy to talk to. She is not only thorough and attentive, but also compassionate- a hard combination to find in medicine. She is truly impressive, which reflects in her positive patient outcomes.Dr. Carrasco is light hearted, funny, and knowledgeable.The rest of the office staff is nothing short of welcoming as well.From my experience with these two stellar physicians and the rest of the staff, I feel they truly treat you as they would one of their own family members, even when that means spending extra time of their own with you.Would highly recommend :)

Dr. Carrasco is amazing! He was recommended to me by a coworker in 2013 and I haven’t left since. I love his energy and bedside manner. He is very attentive, respectful and takes the time to answer all my questions. The office is very clean and organized. The front staff is very pleasant and courteous. Nurses and technicians are also very attentive and respectful.

I like both Dr. Carrasco & Shay. They are compassionate, kind, funny, and made me feel very comfortable with male OBGYNs, they have great availability as well! Stumbled upon them during an emergency need. They also research supplements and understand the need for less hormones for women and offered low hormone birth control for someone who is hesitant. Their front desk can be a selectively slow to respond to emails.

Dr. Maiquel Carrasco is an excellent doctor. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions with patience and expertise. He made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire examination process. His knowledge and experience were evident, and he provided me with thorough explanations and guidance regarding my health.

Ive had a great experience at V Care OB/GYNThe place is always clean and nice, and the staff is really friendly. Dr. Gabriela is amazing—she really takes her time to listen to your problems, even if they arent directly related to her department. She cares about her patients and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Gabriela and V Care OB/GYN to anyone looking for good care.

Poor communication all around from the office. They’ll contact you 5 minutes before closing about your appointment the next day and then not answer the phone when you call back within 2 minutes. I have had a problem with each of my 3 appointments. Additionally, ultrasound techs will *force* you to parade around the entire office with a too-small gown. Absolutely not returning, even if I did like Dr Olaru.

Dr. C is great. Love his energy and care for his nervous patients.I love the reassurance of a caring and professional office.**Also, lets not forget his fabulous nurses (especially Lisa)!!!!

I have had the best experience here from my first appointment to post surgery. I was recommended to Dr. Shay by my primary care doctor for a myomectomy. As you may know, this is a very sensitive and physically invasive surgery and Dr. Shay did a great job of making me feel safe and confident in his practice as well as his team throughout my entire process. He created a space for my husband and I to ask questions and was very receptive to my feedback and concerns.The front desk was equally pleasant. They did a great job keeping me in the loop, confirming what my upcoming appointments should be, what forms/test they were waiting on and most importantly, preparing me for my surgery. They called me several times to make sure I had everything I needed and confirmed with me who will be reaching out to me and why. A special shout-out to Cheryl Bynoe for being so patient, resourceful and kind during this entire process. I would highly recommend this office to a friend who is considering a reproductive surgery and is looking for an office to treat them with care and respect. Thank you so much VCare!

Dr Carrasco is the best of the best. I have been seeing him for the past 15 years. Nobody is more funny and caring more on top of the patients than his is!! If you are looking for a new OBGYN. He is the guy to GO TO!!! I can’t not express enough of gratitude towards to him!!

My experiences were both positive. I was very impressed with Dr.Carrasco....he is truly a professional, introducing himself with a handshake,and this made me feel extremely comfortable.The staff is exceptional,and I want to give a shout out to Cheryl,( whom I have never met in person)but who has excellent customer service skills.

I understand the nerves around seeing a male gynecologist, but Dr. Carrasco is THE BEST. I have felt shamed in the past by FEMALE gynecologists, but Dr. Carrasco has amazing bedside manner and is great at putting me at ease. I have had two surprise, you need surgery! visits (including my very first visit for an annual) and I felt very informed and comfortable with proceeding with Dr. Carrasco. No complications after my first surgery and I couldnt be happier :)

If I could I will leave 0 starts. First I did not want to see a male gynecologist, my appointment was with a woman, that’s why I chose this place. This male doctor really had bad attitude with me, he looked at me if I was poison or something disgusting , I felt it because I looked dark after my trip to the Caribbean, and also my skin was dry during the winter in NYC , and when I told him I had a concern , he said not friendly way he wasn’t supposed to do that, I asked then where should I suppose to go , or be check.He was not professional and racist. Don’t go to there if you look dark and have dry skin. They treat you terrible.

This place is a scam, their billing is a joke, they billed my annual exam incorrectly and I received 2 bills, after involving my insurance one bill was corrected the second has still yet to be coded correctly. This us an issue for 10 months. This has never happened in any other dr office. I call and billing is always busy and won’t answer my emails. Don’t go here! Also they try to push out of pocket xrays as preventative without even receiving the annual exam, unless I have a condition no dr has required a “preventative xray” not covered by insurance.

I absolutely love Dr. Carrassco. He genuinely cares about his patients. Ive never felt as comfortable as I do with Dr. Carrassco with any other doctor. Im very grateful that he is my doctor.

DR, Gabriela .A. Olaru has been my GYN for t more than yrs I would not exchange her for any other ,she is a sweet caring gentle compassionate wonderful Dr she knows her fields and does it very good I recommend two of my friends The staffs they all are great well manners Never have I have to wait long to be called place very cleaned I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good GYN DR.

Dr. Carrasco is an A+ Doctor. He really cares about his patients. He is very clear in explanations and quick to respond to the needs of his patients..I highly recommend Dr. Carrasco. You will not be disappointed!

I never write reviews, but since this was such a bad experience I felt that it was necessary. First, I had to wait for over an hour, only to learn that the practice has no expertise in the area that I came for even though it was advertised on their website. Also, I had made an appointment with Dr. Olaru and I was seen by Dr. Carrasco. Now, since this was only a conversation, it wasnt that big a problem, but I feel that the staff could have given me a phone call and told me that all of a sudden Ill have a male gynecologist! They dont know if I have a gender preference for a stranger looking at my genitals!!!! Then, after it became clear that he doesnt have any expertise in the field, he told me he wouldnt charge me for the 5-minute appointment. 10 months later I get a bill for $138 for that appointment! I kept calling, but no one answered, so today I just paid, because I was scared this is getting turned over to collections and my credit scores drop. Everything about this experience was insane! The wait time, doctor change, false information about their expertise, service staff and eventually the payment even though he had said he would charge me!

I never go out of my way to write reviews, but avoid this place if you wish to be treated like a human being vs. an assembly line. They take on way more patients than they are equipped to handle and do not have the operations in place to manage or communicate with them. The wait times are long. They do not have a patient portal. They are terrible at communicating. They end up sending you bills for extra things every single time when you come in for something routine, but dont disclose during the appointment why. The bills do not have a website, just a phone number to call. You have to call like 3-5 times or wait long hold times just to speak to someone, who then comes off rude - likely because they are stressed at the high volume of calls they receive. Every time I call, my issue is not resolved and I am so exhausted at trying to fight with this place. I am writing this to hopefully save someone the same frustrations that I faced. Womens healthcare is supposed to be better than this.

This was the most outstanding experience I have had with a medical professional in decades! Dr. Carasco was engaging, informative, thorough and so much more. The attending nurse, Andre, was everything you would wish a nurse to be, in an environment that is usually stressful. The office space and the administrative staff are a delight.

Dr Carrasco is just the best ! He treats his patients with care and respect. He listens to all your concerns and reply to each of them. He is clear and direct and gives all your options. Excellent doctor and great customer service! Dr. Amir Shay is a great gynecologist who specializes in women’s health care. I chose this office because it was high rated on google reviews and it was really good. So glad that I found this doctor.

The girls at the front desk were always so nice and answered any questions I had. Dr. Carrasco is a gem, great attitude, fast, and kind.

Do not go to this office. Although Dr Shay is very very nice and I wish I could write differently about him, this office is completely inept. Not only do they make you wait for an hour after your appointment time to be seen they do not take your phone calls and instead “leave messages with the front desk.” I have been trying to get an alternative medication from them for weeks now. However they keep sending the incorrect medication to my pharmacy and try to charge me $900. No matter how many times I explain it to whoever answers the phone, the office has proved they 1. don’t listen 2. don’t conform to customer needs and frankly and this point 3. stupid. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with their services.

Horrible experience, they made me walk through the lobby in my robe to go to another exam room after the first. They prescribed me the wrong medication and never follow up on questions that I have called about. The assistants seem like they don’t know what’s happening or what the patients are talking about.

This is the first review I’ve ever left for anyone or anything in my life, but I have to share. After countless negative experiences elsewhere, I couldn’t have been happier to have found Dr. Shay. I’ve been putting off an ovarian cystectomy for YEARS, but felt comfortable to schedule it with Dr. Shay after just my first visit. Everything went as smooth as possible without any complications, and Dr. Shay was careful to remove just what he needed and nothing else. He has incredible bedside manner, and I felt a sense of relief as soon as he walked into the room. I simply can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shay! Also, the office visits are as easy as can be, with very friendly and attentive front desk staff, and very short to no wait times. I’ve gone from having the absolute worst fear and crippling anxiety before every gyno visit elsewhere, to feeling super comfortable and confident that I am in good hands. Dr. Shay and his team have really made all the difference for me. If you’re looking for a gynecologist, you’ve found him. 10/10 would and will recommend!

Honestly Dr.Shay is incredible and Vcare has been a wonderful experience for both my early pregnancy confirmations. I’ve loved them and their staff, I recommend them highly. Completely a bonus but they also had chocolate and that is incredible lol. I’ve never waited longer than 15mins for my scans and honestly I don’t think I even waited 15 mins. They work pretty quickly. They printed pictures for me with no trouble as well. Solid 10/10 in my opinion.

The reception folks were efficient. The wait time was unacceptable. I think I saw the ultrasonographer 30 minutes after my appt time. I saw the doctor 45-50 minutes after my appt time. The ultrasound tech was cold, curt and checked out. Dr shay was busy seeming but, seemed to know what he was talking about and I felt confident in his medical judgement. Overall, I wont go back because I think timeliness is super important. The fact that noone warned me about the wait or acknowledged the wait time at all is indicative of a culture thar doesnt value patient experience.

The doctor is great but the staff members need to be better trained on insurances deductibles. I have a $2000+ bill because of their lack of knowledge. They provided me with wrong information before my procedure.So disappointed, I wont be coming back to this practice.

V Care OB/GYN was very clean, relaxing waiting room, beautiful artwork, friendly front desk staff, and the doctors were wonderful!! I would highly recommend them!

Leaving another review because this clinic continues to be difficult about fraudulent billing. I have emailed and called so many times to get this fixed and provided evidence that they billed me for services I did not receive. They claimed to fix it, and now I have discovered that they sent tests to the lab that I did not ask for or consent to. This place needs to be shut down for taking advantage of patients.

Fantastic experience all around. My Dr was Dr.Olaru whom was professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Easy sign in with friendly efficient front desk. Hardly any wait to see the tech and the Dr following. Blood drawn pains less and procedures gentle plus prescriptions effortlessly called into my pharmacy, also referral to a specialist. Glad I found this place. It’s super clean and great location.

I went for the first time this week as a new patient and I have no complaints. They immediately took care of me and my wait time was short. The staff was courteous and efficient. The place has a great ambiance and very hygienical. Dr. Amir Shay was a pure delight as I never had a male Dr. I was treated with kindness and care. Thank you Vcare. Overall a waste of time and money. You can book to see a specific doctor online and there is ALWAYS a last minute inconvenience which results in having to see another doctor. I have never received access to my patient portal. This facility also puts more effort into their public reputation, than they actually put into due diligence and patient care. A 2 star BLANK review received a response in less than 5 mins after posting, while repeated phone calls about patient concerns doesn’t even get addressed….Book at your own risk as you may have to get a second opinion to actually get treated for your concerns.

Dr. Oralu was absolutely amazing she was kind, sweet, and I didn’t feel much pain when getting my Pap smear she was gentle the staff was also kind great place highly recommend.

Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr. Shay and my experience was wonderful from start to finish. I was able to complete my paperwork online which saved quite a bit of time, the office staff, medical assistant and ultrasound tech were all very pleasant. Dr. Shay not only had a great bedside manner, but I left my appointment feeling very comfortable (and relieved!) by the information and guidance he provided.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC IF YOU HAVE SEXUAL TRAUMA.I was recently seen at this clinic and called ahead of time to advise that I was running 15 minutes behind due to a prior medical appointment that ran late. I arrived at the clinic and was given a large stack of paperwork by reception. I flipped through it and noticed a consent form for an ultrasound. I questioned this, as that is not standard protocol when you do not know a patients history and they are not pregnant.I asked if it was internal or external and I got a strange look before the receptionist slowly confirmed that it was internal, but this would be discussed with my doctor first. I signed the forms in about 5 minutes and waiting for 15 before I was called back. I was brought to a tiny room that had a tech with ultrasound equipment. I felt panic creeping in and asked where I could change. She said I should take off my pants and underwear and change right there, not offering to step out. I put on the gown, which is not fat friendly by the way and Im only a size 20. It barely covered half of my body.I go to sit on the table and the tech turns to me with the probe ready to go and asks me why Im there today. I unfortunately was too triggered at this point and began hyperventilating and sobbing. The tech seemed annoyed and asked me whats happening right now? when I disclosed that I am a survivor of sexual assault, so this exam is hard for me. In the past, techs have allowed me to insert the probe so that I can feel I am in control of the interaction. She gave me a few moments, offered to not do the procedure, and I accepted proceeding since I wanted to follow up on fibroids and ovarian cysts. It hurt horribly the whole time and while she tried to be encouraging to a point, was still relatively brusque and not particularly gentle.Once she was done she said I could get dressed and once more did not step out. I left whimpering and crying to continue waiting for the doctor in the waiting room. It took around 90 minutes for me to eventually be called back to an exam room, where I had to actively encourage the receptionist so step out so I could change.When the doctor eventually came in, she had clearly not read my paperwork and knew nothing about me. She pushed ahead pretty quickly with the pap smear with no preamble and did not explain anything while she was doing it. I visibly flinched and said OW loudly, and she barely glanced at me before proceeding. When she was done, she asked minimal questions, but ultimately only spent around 5 minutes with me.When I went to check out, the receptionist told me I had a co-pay. This was odd since my well-woman exams are always covered by my insurance 100%, so I asked if it was from the ultrasound. I again got a strange look from the same receptionist who said yes. I departed and spent the rest of the day emotionally distraught and fighting off PTSD flashbacks. To note, The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends that obstetrician–gynecologists and other womens health care providers screen all women for a history of sexual assault, paying particular attention to those who report pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea, or sexual dysfunction 18. I have one of the listed conditions which was listed on my paperwork. This clinic failed and continues to fail to provide adequate care for survivors and shame on you for doing so.To make matters worse, I find out later that the clinic charged me THREE TIMES for an ultrasound. I found it suspicious since it was listed on my end of the billing statement as an unspecified medical service. When I asked my insurance provider what wasnt covered they said that I was charged for an abdominal ultrasound, a pelvic exam ultrasound, and a transvaginal ultrasound. A pelvic exam ultrasound can include EITHER/OR transabdominal or transvaginal. Why am I getting charged for the same service twice and one service I did not receive? Based on other reviews I have seen, this has happened to others and this seems fraudulent.

Main Points:Dr. Shay behaved ARROGANTLY and failed to address my medical concerns. Lacks creativity and care to get to the root cause of the problem. Very in and out experience.The office is r*tchet, you can hear literally everything about EVERY patient. Total violation of HIPPA laws. They misdiagnosed me because they mixed my results. I had follow up exams done the same day at two separate urgent cares which were negative. When I called v care, they laughed at me and never followed up. These type of cruel actions could lead any patient for a lawsuit “medical negligence” for mixing up lab results, misdiagnosing, never following up, and emotional distress. This place is DISGUSTING.If you care about your mental health and want to be treated with dignity and respect this is not your clinic. The website lists a wide range of gynecological services yet the doctor could not think outside the box and had a very narrow minded view on possible medical conditions. While I may not be an MD, I am certainly well-read so if I come with questions and you cant come up with answers you better do more testing to dig deeper or forward me to a more competent and knowledgable medical professional. He seemed more interested in my positive BRCA 2 result and shamed me for not following up on annual breast testing (people get BUSY!!!! and do not live cushy comfortable lives) and even said he was more worried about me not getting my annual breast exams than the issue for me being at that clinic that day. However, now this gets interesting. He ordered a whole bunch of labs. Almost a week later I viewed the results that were posted on the portal and was very alarmed. I called the front desk to discuss my results and they said theyd call. THEY NEVER DID. Further, I had a bad feeling about the results just based on how disorganized this office seems to be. I went to another clinic and had all of my tests repeated TWICE which were NORMAL. I contacted V-Care regarding their false positive results, and inquired about a possibility of contamination at their clinic or an error from their lab and they have not responded and not even apologized for the emotional distress I endured this last week. Here, you can expect to find a male doctor (who I wont name) who is not a very good listener and who is only versed in the basics of OB GYN. At this clinic, a little cream called Clobetasol solves anything and everything. Thinking any further? No, thats extra work. Many male doctors feel intimidated when their female patients assert and advocate for themselves and they try to shut them down. Women, never let your concerns be ignored by your medical providers. Never leave a place feeling like you werent heard. If they didnt listen, look elsewhere. Further, the front desk lacks any form of organization and this entire office takes no accountability in their errors and they do not follow up in a timely manner with clients to share their results. They lack empathy and they lack compassion which are the attributes of good and professional medical providers. Here, you can expect to hear the doctor telling about your BRCA test results to the entire front desk staff while youre trying to check out. would not trust this clinic again and I would never want to be seen here again just based on their poor performance and their negligence.

This was one of the worst experiences. I had my annual appointment, and blood work done. The office lost all record of my appointment, would not give me my results, told me I never had a pap smear. Incredibly unprofessional. These are not easy appointments for women, so to do this is just wrong.

This is my first ever negative review. My fiancee thinks the actual doctors here are great, but my complaint is with the front desk and scheduling staff. They are inconsiderate of patients well being and time. They constantly tell us that so and so is not in the office or at lunch and theyll call us back. Even when we call back a few hours later and ask for that same person they say theyre at lunch which makes no sense unless lunch is 4 hours long.Theyre always saying theyll call back and never do and the scheduling staff is always missing when we do call. Im in the healthcare field myself in oncology and I have NEVER seen such unprofessionalism. Im upset that my fiancee got referred to this place solely because of the lack of attentiveness seen by the staff. It took MONTHS for us to be able to schedule an MRI...thats just scheduling! Its now taking months to schedule a surgery. Im furious seeing how the front desks lack of care is affecting my partner and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was scheduled to see a physician that came highly recommended...upon arriving after a 40 minute commute.I was told the physician I was scheduled to see was not in so I would be seeing a male physician. I did not want to see a male physician.The receptionist told me I was called yesterday and a message was left.I have no missed call, text or voice-mail from this office.This greatly inconvenienced my busy schedule with little to no apology.Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Management of this office is unbelievably unprofessional. I have been visiting one of the doctors here despite the long wait that everyone here has mentioned because I really like my doctor. I have a procedure scheduled today and when I got to the office, the concierge desk casually informed me that my doctor has an emergency at some hospital and can’t see me today. I took a day off for this procedure and drove an hour to come here. No one from the concierge even bother to call me maybe a little ahead of time so I can at least save the commute. It’s just simply rude and unimaginably professional.

Made an appt with Dr. Olaru but when I got there never met her and was handed off to a male doctor Dr. Shay. He was fine the first couple visits but after a while I felt like he was getting annoyed by my frequent visits insisting something was still wrong. Never got my test results back despite calling multiple times and requesting them be posted on my chart or emailed to me. Ordered an IUD from them three times and never got it. When I confronted them about it they said they’d call me back about it and of course never did. Don’t go here. Doctors may be fine I guess but the practice itself is just messy.

Had to wait 2 hrs after my scheduled appointment just to see a doctor. Seems like they were overbooking patients. Saw the doctor for maybe 10 or 15 minutes felt pretty rushed. Doctor was nice but not sure if I would go here again.Edit: they used incorrect ICD codes and thereby was bill over 300$ for a simple urine test and did not provide adequate documentation will never go here again

Came in for the first time. Was a little worried from the negative reviews but i was able to be checked in and seen by the dr in one hour and had a good experience! Everyone was kind and professional.

It’s my first time at the facility and all I have to say is that the place is very spacious and clean and staff are very friendly. Make sure if you book an appointment at a precise time to come in 2hours prior to your scheduled appointment because the wait could be an eternity.****( for example if your appointment is at 10am… try to arrive 2 hours before you’re appointment because it will take a long very long time to see the doctor). *****If you’re looking for fast service than this place is not for you. But, other than that… the place is amazing!!!!

My first visit was scheduled with Dr.Olaru but didnt get to see her and was seen by Dr.Shay in her place. I found him to be confident, patient and sincere.So far, Im satisfied with his and the teams behaviour & services.Wish them the best!

I booked an appointment with Dr. Olaru , I never met her cause they notified me last minute I was going to be seen by Dr. Shay, a male doctor . If you are looking for a female Obgyn , dont come here cause they are going to pull a switcheroo . My experience with Dr. Shay was not good ,he kept pushing UFE for a bad case of fibroids and I was inclined to have a hysterectomy or at least a myo. He kept talking about my fertility and such ,even tough I have mentioned several times that I dont want children . This is exactly why I avoid male doctors , they are never thinking about you as a person , but instead as a vessel or an incubator of sorts . I never met doctor Olaru during any of my 3 visits , but my bad review is for Dr. Shay and for Vcare . It is very deceptive to allow women to book an appointment with Dr. Olaru when it seems like she is barely there . They know this is a delicate subject for many ladies and that is precisely why they book an appointment with a female doctorThe staff was friendly , the office was clean and tastefully decorated and the wait time was ok

I should start off by saying I have never liked going to the gynecologist. I have gone to different doctors and none were the right fit. I have come to dread it so much that I started avoiding it. At these other facilities, I felt like a number and my concerns were always dismissed. That was NOT the case with my visit at V Care. It was wonderful. This is the first time I’ve walked into an OB/GYN clinic and left satisfied, having felt heard. My visit with Dr. Carrasco was so great. He really took the time to talk to me and he listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I left understanding everything he said. This meant a lot to me. It was also an added bonus that he was Latino. I being a Latina, found this comforting. To top it off, at the end of our visit he said, “welcome to the family” and I really felt like I had just become part of the family. I think I have found my GYN match. I highly recommend them if you want someone to sit there and listen, ( and I mean really listen to your worries).

My first time there , what a beautiful office and staff. They were amazing from checking in with Brittany to having my ultra sound , didnt catch her name technician, to having my exam with Dr.Olaru and her assistant Aishe. Thank you for making my visit comfortable and easy.

I feel bad writing this review bc I really like the doctor that I’ve seen here but I thought maybe it was just a one off that the wait was long during my first appointment. This is normal for them unfortunately. Currently waiting at another appointment now and it’s the same.

The ENTIRE staff is professional, warm and welcoming and the office is pristine! Even if you have a managed medicaid healthcare plan, like Healthfirst, you will feel like you have the top of the line, best private insurance possible with the care they provide and the environment youll be in! I highly recommend this place and its very seldom that I leave reviews of any kind!

At first i was super pleased nice location clean and staff was very friendly butttt after my second appointment i was reffered to another provider - the staff told me the doctors at this facility do not do labor and delivery and only see patients UP to 10 weeks of care for obgyn- im confused why was that not stated when i booked a new patient appointment why advertise as an obgyn. why allow me to start care and then refer me elsewhere A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY

The doctors here are great, but I’ve never waited less than 45 minutes to be seen for a visit that lasted more than 5 minutes. As of today, I’ve had enough and I am changing gynecologists.

This is the first time I ever left a bad review at a healthcare facilty or anywhere at that, this is how horrible the service was! Please stay away from this place. I had an appointment 10/08/21. I received a swab and blood work (charged for both). My swab was the only thing that made it to the lab. They lost my blood. Not only has no one got back to me. No one tried to answer my questions or asked me to come back and receive my service, I need and paid for. Not the provider which I messaged twice on the portal, not the front desk, and the staff over all. Every appointment expect a wait of more than an hour and to be rushed in and out of your appointment. I saw Dr. Oralu

I booked an appointment with a doctor and wasn’t notified that this wouldn’t be the doctor seeing me. A different doctor was assigned to me with no prior notification or even a heads up when I checked in. Unprofessional, do not recommend.

Amazing experience, Dr. Carrasco is very personable, efficient, pleasant, provides all the information needed. I’m truly happy I joined his patient roster, I’m 100% in excellent hands

New Update - I dont believe the office monitors the communication portal. Ive sent 4 messages since October. - Difficult to communicate digitally

Dr. Shay, his partner and the nurses were very professional, communicative, and very relaxing throughout the hall time I was there. Highly recommended!!

My appointment was at 1 pm so I got here early to fill out paperwork. Ive been here for over an hour and I am still waiting to be seen. This is my first visit and I believe that an office that does not respect a patients time does not see a patient as a person but another insurance claim to make money. I will not be coming back.

VCare OB/GYN offers great care and services. I’m happy I was able to find good caring doctors. The staff is organized and friendly.

This place doesnt value patients time AT ALL. I had to wait for 2.5 hours to be seen, not exaggerating. They should have told me that its going to be long wait. Do they think their patients have nothing else to do? An extremely unpleasant visit.

The MDs are good. The front desk, waiting times and customer service are horrible. Almost impossible to contact anyone here without physically being in the office.

I had a pleasant visit with Dr. Shay. I certainly recommend.

I found them on line and went in for a wiser the X-ray techs were nice the doctors were not very nice and not helpful at all. They basically take your money for ex taya will not help you nor will they refer you anywhere else
