When GMC couldn’t see me until Oct 2025 even though I called in August 2024, someone recommended Dr Jill Snyder. I called and spoke to a Denise, who couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating and got me in right away. Women at front desk was very nice, nurse was pleasant. Couldn’t have asked for more in a gynecologist than Dr Jill Snyder. I never felt rushed, she listened to everything and did a thorough exam making me feel comfortable through it all. Sent me across the hall for an ultrasound with Henrietta who was so kind, gentle and compassionate. Even the person checking me out was a pleasure to work with. I am so grateful to each and every one of the professionals I interacted with that day. This is healthcare like it used to be and should be.

I needed an appointment with some serious help ASAP I called for an appointment, staff said it would be August, I explained my situation, they called back and I was seen that Monday Morning.Everyone was very nice and Dr Snyder was very friendly. Its a very busy office and Staff gets the Job done, although I didnt have the same experience as many in the thread , I can see how the front desk being very Stern is off putting as I saw this while in the waiting room.

All the reviews about staff being rude are true. After my doctor who I loved closed, I was forced to find a new one. While Im sure the doctors are great, Ill never know. The receptionists are rude and condescending. When calling to make my appointment, whoever scheduled me was off-putting, but I brushed it off because everyone has bad days.I waited 3 months for an appointment, scheduled time off of work, only to be refused the appointment because my insurance card was not in the correct format. She would not take the information from my phone, or from a printed copy. I needed a physical insurance card. She said that they did not have a fax or email I could send it to, and they needed a physical copy. Without one, I couldnt be seen. Then she tried to reschedule me for a few more months. With a history of cancer, I dont have the time or patience for such ineptitude. Ill find a doctor with competent staff.

This is my first negative review on Google ever - so that saying something. What some are saying about the office staff has also been my experience and the office manager is probably the most unprofessional person I have dealt with before. More importantly in my opinion, is the healthcare service that I received. I went to this office as a new patient and was told that my blood work did not show that I was in perimenopause or menopause. I then sought a second opinion out of the area, and was told by a OBGYN who is NANS certified l, that doctors don’t go by bloodwork, they go by symptoms. Absolute disgrace for an OBGYN. It is a sad state for the women in the Wyoming Valley.

Wow!! I see this place has totally gone down hill with all these negativity reviews! Glad Im not the only one who has noticed. I was a patient here for years!! Recently I missed an appointment that was scheduled a year in advanced that I got charged for for not going. Remind you it was scheduled a year ago!! No phone call, letters, email, voice message to remind me BUT I got letter saying I will be charged for a missed appointment. I have NEVER had a doctors office not send out reminders for appointments let alone one scheduled a year ago. Im done with this place! Seems like they are headed downhill anyway.

Ive been a patient for many years & never had an issue with the doctors there. My former retired or current physician were/are both wonderful. The 2 star rating is for a front staff member. She doesnt make the office feel welcoming or reflect the positive attitudes of the nurses & doctors. I dislike calling there knowing what mood Ill be getting in the phone. I always hope & pray this persons day gets better. Until next visit.

They dont even deserve one star. I was a patient here for 25 years when my doctor retired. I started to see another gyno in the office. I had requested my records in October because I was moving out of state. I signed a records release form and had written a note with the doctor I wanted my records sent to. Needless to say, the records were never sent and Ive gotten nothing but the run around from the rude office staff. They also gave me a problem about calling in my birth control pills. This was also requested before I moved. At first they told me that the pills I was given samples of were not covered by my insurance. They told me that I needed to find out what pills were covered. (They could have called and gotten approval from the insurance company, but I guess that would have been too much work.) I told them the name ofthe pills I was on previously that were covered and gave them the name and numberof my new pharmacy. I got a call from a receptionist saying that she tried to call in the script but the pharmacy said I moved. I said, yes, I gave you the new pharmacy information. She read the number back to me and it still wasnt called in!! Dont waste your time here. The office staff are so miserable and rude they all need new jobs.*Im adding to my review.....The last time I was at this office was in October of 2022. I had the LEEPS procedure done in September. When I saw my doctor in October for follow up, I was told I needed to be seen every 2 months for a while. Well, since they refused to send my records to another doctor, I have been unable to continue follow up care. (The doctors where I currently am wont see me without my records.) Ob-Gyn Associates is preventing me from getting the care I need!

I’ve been going to this organization for over five years . While it wasn’t my worst experience it also hasn’t been the greatest. The front end staff are really short with greeting . No smiles or warm welcomes. When checking in they are literally violating HIPAA. Asking you personal questions regarding your visit so the entire waiting area can hear. It’s really embarrassing and degrading. While this hasn’t happened to me personally, I witness it on multiple occasions. The doctors at this organization are very knowledgeable, and some nurses are very comforting. The check out staff is awesome. The staff really need some training on hospitality, respect, and confidentiality. The gossiping, at this location really needs to be stopped.

If I could rate lower than a 1, I would!!!!This rating is not related to my physician at all. He is great! However, the desk staff/RNs are extremely rude and unhelpful. Multiple times I have called in to either get my prescriptions renewed, change my name since Ive been married, and correct information they are trying to verify! They are rude, condescending, and constantly cutting me off when Im trying to ask questions or change information. They never call back, and even admitting they dont like doing so. I have tried making new appointments. The last time I was in there, they waited until I was already walking to the room with my husband before the nurse rudely said I cant have him with me and I shouldnt need him here, alluding to me not beingpregnant at the time. However, the gyno is an extremely painful experience for me and Id much rather have him there, since most days I cant even walk out after an appointment due to pain. I had even asked when I called about the appointment if I could bring him and I was told yes. Covid or no covid, patients should be allowed their once person if necessary. I was guilt tripped after that by staff, because new moms cant even have their husbands with them so what makes you so special? They also cancelled my last appointment with nobreeasoning and I cant get them to reschedule. Purely from the rudeness of the staff/RNs I am switching offices. The woman today was somewhat nicer, but too little too late. I was told they would call my prescription in today after the pharmacy has been making continuous efforts, and after I didnt grt a call back that ibwas promised, the pharmacy told me no one ever called it in. I am infuriated and in pain because my BC ran out and the office will not fix the issue.

I just transferred from this office after years of coming here. There has been so many issue with this office, but I finally decided to leave after becoming pregnant with my first child. It started a few years ago when they told me I couldnt have a later appointment because I wasnt a priority patient. The last straw was due to the prenatal nurse. I spoke to her on the phone once and had one appointment with her. Both times, she acted so annoyed when I asked her questions. After calling her about my lab work that she was supposed to send over to the lab, she yelled at me that she definitely sent it. The lab never received anything, so I asked her to please send it again since I was there waiting to get bloodwork. She was annoyed, told me she was sending it AGAIN right now and hung up before I could say anything else to her.It is also extremely difficult to make an appointment or get an answer to a question when calling. They always tell you theyll leave a message for the nurse, but then you never receive a call back. Personally, Ive always had to call 2 or 3 times over a few days before getting a response.Always check your appointment card too before you leave. They said they had scheduled an appointment for me in 2 weeks from the date I was there. I went into the office for my appointment, but my doctor was off that day. The person scheduling the appointment made it for the following year instead. Of course they said it was my fault and couldnt reschedule while I was standing there. They said they would call me later with a new date which took them 3 days to call back.

I’ve been a patient here for quite some time and will start off by saying my Doctor is great and I don’t really have any problems with her. However, the rest of the staff, particularly the workers at the front desk/answering the phone, is where the problems lays. Every time I call they are so rude and condescending when I ask questions CONCERNING MY HEALTH. I mean it never fails for me to get someone who makes me feel bad about myself on the phone when I call. And looking at the rest of these reviews I see it’s truly an ongoing problem. It’s so unfortunate and wish I didn’t have to write this review but here we are.

Id give a zero if I could. The nurses and office staff are very problematic. When I was younger I was referred by my PCP and scheduled for a procedure by THEIR staff. I show up to be berated that the doctor needs an office appointment first and how could I think I was having a procedure at that time. Younger me wasnt familiar with how referrals worked. It wasnt my fault your staff screwed up. They lie about call logs regarding appointment confirmations. Years of problems and inability to keep doctors in their practice. Most recent issue was being told my appointment was 15 mins earlier than it was and the nurses refusing to let me in the office because I was late. Due to covid you have to wait in your car and call to enter the office. I provided proof and they stated I would have been late anyway.....because they refused to let me in!!! And be prepared to wait 45+ mins waiting for your appointment.

He never once made me feel like a bother, and always took time to answer questions, Or personally call me back about things. I have been going here for the past 13 years and up until the more recent years I never had any issues but honestly, if I could give 0 stars at this point, I would. Dr. Coslette is amazing and always remembered me even though she sees so many patients a day. But the past few years anytime I would call to make an appointment or if I had any issues, the front desk would tell me they would leave a message with the nurse to call me back...and they NEVER would. Just the other day I called because I had severe pain and wanted to make an appointment ASAP, they said they’d leave a message with the nurse and she would call me back. I called again 3 more times trying to get in touch with ANYONE who could give me advice and finally at 4:15 (15 mins before they close), I called one more time and the front desk reassured me that the nurse was going through her messages now and would be calling me within minutes ...you guessed it, they never called. I called again the next day to complain about the service and lack of returned calls hoping to, at the very least, get a routine visit so I could bring up my physical concerns there but I was told the same thing, “I’ll give the message to the nurse and she will call you back.” WHY IS IT SO HARD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY OWN DR?? Needless to say, I’m switching doctors finally and while I will miss the care of Dr. Coslette and I know she probably has no knowledge of the negligence, I need to have an office that will put the patients needs first. This is unacceptable. If you reach someone and they tell you you will be getting a call back...don’t hold your breath, they don’t care how much pain your in, extremely unprofessional.

I used to go to dr coslett, and at first she was very nice. She was my first Gyno and helped me pick out a birthcontrol that worked for me. Well I had some issues that I continued to bring up after I had put on some weight and could not get it off. I stopped getting a monthly Aunt Flo visit and was not pregnant. She brushed it off, checked my sugars and thyroid and told me I just needed to lose weight, and let it go on for a few years. Well I got married and my husband came with me to an appointment because we had some concerns about my Aunt Flo not showing up for about 3 years, well she was absolutely not happy that my husband had come back in the room with me. I voiced my concerns and of course the usual check the thyroid and sugar levels but I still think you need to lose weight was all I got. She rudely pulled the curtains across my husband’s face and did my exam. Well I decided that just telling me to lose weight wasn’t what I wanted to hear anymore. I switched doctors and told her about the past 4 years with dr coslett and she was very shocked. She checked the same levels as dr coslett and then did a few other blood tests only to find out that I have pcos. And yes the nursing staff was rude. Always telling me they would call me back. I showed up to an appointment only for them to tell me I didn’t have one even though I would get the call the day before to remind me. And all the staff was very rude. Especially when I got married and had to change my name and insurance. ( which was an insurance that they still accepted)

The reviews were very negative when I saw them and just wanted to put something out there. I find health care is changing all around so maybe I dont expect much. I have gone to this practice for at least 10 years and have had 2 children. Yes the office gets backed up and I know I will have to wait, yes I have dealt with not pleasant nurses, but the doctors have made up for that. I have more pleasurable experiences than negative. If you are reading the rest of the comments and feel doomed, dont be. Most people will tell about a negative experience before a positive or just a mediocre one.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I didnt have an appointment. Finally, the woman at the desk got my chart and found that I did in fact have an appointment, but someone forgot to put it into the computer. Then when I followed another woman beyond the door that separates the waiting room from the rest of the office, the woman said, Im ready when you are. Ready for what? She didnt say anything prior to that. She is probably there everyday. Most patients are not there everyday. My point is, explain your routine because not everyone will know it. Most recently, my problem with this office is their refusal to return a phone call, no matter how many times you call and no matter the importance.

I said no, I didnt leave I simply went for a second opinion on my endo, they didnt care they still wouldnt accept me back as a patient. Dr. Celestine did my c section three weeks early due to complications. I always felt well cared for. The nurses were always so friendly and helpful. I was high risk for multiple reasons and they addressed every concern or issue. I don’t like that you have to see every doctor and don’t get to just stick with one, however I didn’t have any bad experiences. A few didn’t even look at the chart or me when they would come in, but as long as I was getting ultrasounds and knowing that baby was okay then I didn’t really care. It’s like everywhere else, you have some good and some that aren’t. The rating is due to a few health scares on baby after c section. Due to being turned and fluid filling his lungs.

I was so nervous last minute when my doctor was unable to deliver my baby due to a family emergency. I had the on-call doctor at the time whom I never met before for my delivery. Looking back now, Dr. Jesikiewicz was so good to me. She took the time with me in the room way before she really needed to be. I know a lot of doctors would have been in the on-call room resting until truley needed. She was patient and calm when some unexpected scary stuff transpired. My baby was sunny side up and not moving down, his heart rate was dropping. Dr. Jesikiewicz did not hesitate to do the internal monitoring on the scalp. She was professional and explained everything to me and gave me comfort although Im sure I was not the easiest of patients. She was honest when he was not making any progress downward and gave me the option of the c-section explaining all sides but leaving the decision up to me. It was the safest choice, and Dr. Jesikiewicz was so amazing at the procedure. All of the nurses kept raving about my incision (you actually had to look hard for it!) So I have no complaints. As far as other reviews and getting into office visits, wait times, etc. I feel like that has no merit on Dr. Jesikiewicz as a doctor come time for the big moment. She made it so my baby boy and I were healthy so I am internally grateful. She was sweet, genuine, young but smart and with the times! 5 Stars Doctor and Thank You so very much!

If I could write zero stars I would. I don’t usually write negative reviews about places because I try to give every business a few chances and I don’t judge too quickly. However, I gave this place nearly 7 chances. UNPROFESSIONAL IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Unfortunately, I’m sure the doctors are talented. And the one ultrasound tech especially was very very kind. But the receptionist, Denise I believe her name was, was the most HORRIFIC WOMAN I have ever dealt with. And on multiple occasions. I am a New, soon to be mother who is high risk, and went through IVF to get pregnant. Compassion is all any new mother is looking for.... this woman could have spit in my face and it would have felt the same as how she treated and spoke to me. By the time i was was finished with my IVF doctor, I was already 3 months pregnant when I called for an OB appointment. This woman refused to believe “I was smart enough to know i was pregnant.” I said, “I did IVF, I’ve been seeing an infertility doctor for over 2 years, and seeing her every week since I got pregnant, I am definitely pregnant. “ she refused to book me until “she could determine my due date” ... I said “well I know my due date, we did IVF.” She screamed at me saying I didn’t know what I was talking about and how could I possibly know such a thing. I was so taken back and scared to call again, that I reached out to the doctors on Facebook to tell them how the woman treated me and said, i had heard good things about the doctors, and i didn’t want to let one lady who worked at the front desk deter me from going there. I will say, after that within 6 hours, I had an appointment, and I started to feel better, knowing I was taking care of—- even if reaching out to the doctors was a little nutty, I was scared and needed an appointment ASAP, so I was desperate...Needless to say, I gave them more chances, but every time i went in, i was greeted with rudeness, snarkiness and just down right meanness. Then... when I was 6 months along in my pregnancy I had a crazy thing happen with my tooth and developed an infection in less than 24 hours. I am pretty tough, but this was the 2nd worst pain of my life that radiated down my collar bone into my shoulder and around my entire jaw ... I had an emergency appointment with my dentist at 9pm on a Thursday night (he is wonderful, dr. Jason Nataupsky!) and I was scheduled for it to be pulled the next morning with an oral surgeon. I had a major infection in my mouth and it needed to be dealt with ASAP. The dentists did not want to touch my mouth until i had clearance from my OB. I called the answering service 3 times between 9pm-midnight saying it was an emergency and I needed clearance ASAP to get the tooth pulled and to start antibodics. NO ONE ever called me back. Not that night, and not the next morning. It was from that point I started looking for new OBs, thinking okay if no one is going to call me back over my tooth, what if something more serious happens??So... When I needed my records sent to different places, the same lady, Denise, answered the phone. She was HORRIFIC. She screamed at me for assuming “their place of business was an express carrier business that just had all the time in the world to ship records during the day... as if we don’t have anything more important to do,” she said on the phone. I was so calm and nice before all this until i finally said, “I called a week ago to have my records sent and no one sent them! I’m calling now to try to push it along because I need my records sent to other places!!! And I don’t appreciate you’re rudeness, this is exactly why I am leaving this place!!” And then she said, “oh you’re leaving... that’s too bad,” she laughed and then SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!And... what’s even more sad, my dad is a doctor at General, and I was still treated this way!!! That place needs a SERIOUS MANAGEMENT OVERHAUL.Do not go here. And doctors, either leave that place, or hire new staff, because it is rotten.

Never really had a problem with this place when getting yearly exams done. Seemed professional and accurate, though it is a super quick visit once your in the room with the doctor. That all changed when I needed to get a copy of my records since Im moving. I had to fill out a form to release my information to myself(...which I expected to do) was then told it will take about a week and I should hear back from someone at the office when its ready to come in and be picked up and that there might be a fee. A week and a half goes by and still nothing. I called and was told that someone would call me back. Finally after some phone tag I got ahold of someone who said that the paperwork was ready to be picked up. When I inquired further about fee she said she had to check and then 4 minutes later came back on the phone to tell me it was mailed to me the previous week. Meaning I shouldve already received it. I asked what address they sent it to since the woman who took my form took my new address (which Im not living at yet) down. The nurse said she had no idea what address they sent it to and couldnt look it up because the paperwork was no longer in their hands... You dont know who you sent it to? Thats a HIPPA violation waiting to happen!!I figured I would give it some time before I contacted them again. I came home to find it in the mail. Dated just 2 days prior.. Open it up to make sure it included everything and it didnt include my last visit and had just a sloppy copy of the handwritten notes that the doctor took. Im hoping my new doctor will accept this and understand what the scribbles mean. Because I cannot fathom WHY I couldnt wait for them to just copy the damn notes from my file and print them out. They would tell me that I cannot be seen for weeks at the end of my pregnancies because they couldnt fit me in. Im going on 12 weeks postpartum and have yet to be seen from a doctor because everytime I come in for my appointments they tell me I have to reschedule because the doctor is running behind. They do not call and give patients a heads up before your appointment. I drove all the way up there and they tell me I cant be seen and that there are no other doctors that can see me. Sadly I will be looking for another office. There is no professionalism with the receptionists and they treat you like your not important. I have been a patient here since the birth of my first son, who is about to turn 26 years old, BUT it is clearly time to find a new office. A several years ago I switched to a female doctor in the practice as I entered menopause, but after about a year or so, I couldnt get appts after 1:30pm and there were no Saturdays hours. So, I tried another doctor within the practice, a younger female physician with more availability. That too lasted about a year or so, and now I have been waiting for my annual checkup which was originally scheduled in December of 2018. I have been RESCHEDULED 4 times since Christmas. I purposely planned that appt. so I would be off for the holiday and I would NOT have to take a 1/2 day off for a one hour appt. AGAIN, I cannot get an appt. after 1:30 in an attempt to get in at the end of a work day and not use sick/vaca time for this. Mind you, I was offered to get bumped to June or summer so I can get on a schedule that works for my job--UMMmm, I did that! When I planned for the week between Christmas and New Years. FYI--OB-GYN--ppl work!As I recall, several years ago when I missed an annual checkup, I was called by the office and told No More Refills on my Rx until I have my annual visit--and I was only about 6 weeks overdue but now, 4 months later--this isnt a problem. And oh yeah, well bump you to June--6 mths--no problem. Really? So sadly, I feel I have no choice but to move on. This office does not accommodate working people. I guess, if you are retired or wealthy or work part-time and can make appts between 8:45 and 1:30, Monday thru Friday, and can handle frequent rescheduling, this might work for you.

Loved Dr Frye but since he retired my daughter had to pick someone new Dr Episcopio, I called a week ago to have her bc pills called into a new, pharmacy since shes away at college and they werent called in the day she needed them. The answering service said Drs wont call in bc on weekends so I called Monday morning and when she went over again they had a,patch prescribed for her now I have to wait till tomorrow to call because answering service will not contact a,dr because they are bc pills. Now she is behind 3 days

I have to agree with the other comments above. The nurses are incredibly rude and they are completely over booked. Ive never been treated so ignorantly. They drs are okay, but the nurses and their inability to correctly schedule visits makes it hard to want to go there

Very rude Nursing Staff. You can tell most of the Nursing Staff just dont want to be there and dont like their jobs. They make you feel as if youre a burden by being there and always seem aggravated and annoyed. So if you want to be aggravated andannoyed as well, this is the place for you.

Worst place in the area. Taking over 3 weeks to schedule a c-section for twins at 35 weeks is completely insane. And when the nurses say theyll call you they never do and when you call them the office is closed. Please choose geisinger over this dump

Dr Episcopio is magical. She can be in the room for 7 minutes, not touch you and diagnose your problem by staring blankly from across the room.Very disgusted by experience and would not recommend. She should be ashamed of herself and her conveyor belt method of practice.

I’ve been going here for several years now. The doctors are all excellent. The front desk staff, however, leave something to be desired. It’s as if they can’t be troubled to help you or answer your questions. Perhaps they are just too short staffed?

Jesikiewicz needs to be fired. i know a few people she refuses to see due to them getting an abortion. absolutely unprofessional to hold that over someone who already had a tough decision to make that they wish they never had to do.

I called asking the protocol to transfer, they said send your records and proceeded to give me the fax number. After days of calling and being ignored they now tell me they dont take transfers. A different story from each office staff that answered the phone. Very disappointing!
