Wonderful service by front desk staff and NP that I saw. She was compassionate, polite and friendly. Very informative. She was gentle and fixed my wound.The building is extremely clean and the staff is accommodating.Would highly recommend.

This is my go to for any medical needs. Dr. Melissa is always extremely professional and gets the problem taken care of fast! This place is better than any Dr. Office I have ever been too. Very thankful to find a good Dr. That cares!

This was my first time visiting this Urgent Care, and I was treated by Lindsey Evans. The entire experience was pleasant and professional. Ms. Evans was lovely and I appreciated her care.

Edit: I changed my review to 2 stars. They didnt have anyone in the office to do the xray I needed so I was sent to the hospital with an order. (Saturday, which was absolutely fine with me.) They gave excellent care on this day and I was happy I did not have to wait until Monday to get the scan. However, no one called me back to give me the results. On Monday, I called to check. The staff from the clinic called the hospital and found that it would be another 2 days for my result to be read due to the order just being a regular order and not a stat order. I pushed for resolution of the scenario as I am in a lot of pain and I do not want to make my injury worse by continuing to walk. The in clinic provider was consulted and said my problem had been going on for 3 months, so they wouldnt help me get my results faster. If the in clinic provider would have read the details of the issue, they would have learned that acute, worsened pain was only occurring for 48 hours and there was concern my joint is dislocated. I am in extreme pain. I do not want any medication, just help getting a diagnosis. This clinic did not resolve my urgent issue in the time frame I hoped for, nor did they help me resolve it when the hospital was not giving my results in a timely manner. This is a patient safety issue that could result in additional injury for myself, therefore I have to decrease my review to 2 stars for a clean facility and friendly staff.Orginal review: There was no wait time early on a Saturday morning. The office was clean and organized. The PA was friendly and did a thorough review of my symptoms and physical exam.

I accidentally drove by this urgent care while on the way to a different urgent care for a burn on my leg. I am so glad that I accidentally found this place. It is super clean, the staff are friendly and the doctor had great bedside manner and took the time to address all my concerns. I highly recommended!

Upon arrival to the clinic, the clerk was very attentive to my needs immediately. The nurse practitioner saw me in less than five minutes. She was very polite and prompt. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

If you need “urgent care” I would not come here. They were closed during their business hours when we arrived.The first rule of medicine is “do no further harm”. Falsely representing their business hours to injured people can result in serious consequences for potential patients.

Wow! Amazing Medical Team! On the phone & in person Kayla, the Ofc Mgr was so kind, compassionate and professional! Dr. S. Chaudhry, the Medical Director was SUPERB! Exam and explanation of symptoms, diagnostics, and treatment plan, etc., were not rushed, great communication skills, asked appropriate questions, no drama, or side comments!!! Very kind and respectful. I felt at ease with both team members! I am so grateful I found your practice! I have been dealing with this supposed Upper Respiratory issue for several weeks & passed around from one health care provider to another with bumps on the road. No one asked me if i was qualified to describe my symptoms, (was I a nurse or a Dr). Today was truly a blessing, I decided to get off that one train and went to Express Urgent Care @ 1130 Hwy 315, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702. Thank you and God bless you!!!

I was traveling and needed to get an appointment asap. Express Urgent Care was able to give me an appointment within an hour. Staff was friendly and professional. The Doctor was very patient and provided my not only the necesessary medical care, but also was able to provide me valuable insight to the repetitive sinus infections when flying. I would highly recommend.

My family frequently visits this office more than I care to admit, and they always make us feel welcome, couldn’t ask for a nicer, more compassionate staff!

THE BEST! Way better than med express on Kidder street! In and out of the facility with a prescription in 14 mins & 48 seconds WOW ! We cannot believe how fast it is compared to other “express” medicine facilities! At other places you will wait 45+ to be seen! We love taking our family here & we recommend it to anyone who asks! The PA on staff creates a warm safe environment ! Most comfortable and quickest experience dr visit of my life!

I live out of the area, but if I ever need an urgent care when I’m here, I go to geisinger. I decided to give this place a try and I had such a wonderful experience with them that I probably would choose them over Geisinger again. The front desk women were funny, professional, and nice. The doctor was thorough and helpful. I was taken back to the room quickly and wasn’t rushed out. They took their time and were great.

My son hasnt been feeling well. He has not had good experiences with health care professionals since about 8 years old. Obviously, he didnt want to go to the Dr even though he didnt feel well.The entire staff here made home feel comfortable. He asked me why ALL Dr offices and staff werent this nice! Question I cant answer but the reason I took him to this one and they didnt disappoint. Thank you all for making health care professionals look good again to my son! God bless you

First time visit and its a VERY nice, CLEAN and modern office which is EXTREMELY important to me. I currently dont have insurance and the prices were very reasonable for a sick visit, flu test and strep throat test. It was well worth the 30 minute drive from my house. The staff are very nice and helpful and Doctor Melissa was AMAZING! I will definitely be going back and referring to all my family and friends.

Fastest urgent care I have ever been to. Melissa is very thorough and doesn’t leave any details out. I’ve never had someone explain in details like she does. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it.

Edited to deduct a star:Checked hours online before driving to this Urgent Care (open until 5:00p). I arrive, walk in, and am told I can’t be seen but can drive to the Dickson City location because the doctor wasn’t seeing any more patients today (it was 2:45p)! This is highly unprofessional for this type of establishment & I’m very disappointed as this is our ‘go-to’ Urgent Care.This was our first experience at this Urgent Care & I cannot say enough good things about the facility & staff. The facility was very clean & the front desk staff was very welcoming & friendly (that’s usually not the case at most places nowadays). The PA-C that we saw, Gavin, was thorough and sat & listened to my questions and concerns. He was not in a rush to push us along & genuinely seemed to care about our daughter. He was also very knowledgeable & explained things very well to us. Whenever we need an UC, we will definitely use this facility.

4/2/24 Updating my review: I had a $36 bill which was not identified what it was for since i paid my copaymenr there. When I received a notification that they would be processing payment on 4/2 I tried to pay it. But it wouldnt go through due to an error so today automatically it went through. Im not comfortable with this new payment system but I guess its part of the new normal. I lowered my review by 1 star for this. Great care, not great Billing. Bit invasive for me.We went to Express Urgent Care for the first time being new to the area and considering their previous good reviews compared to other facilities. Well, no regrets. There was no wait and our nurse/xray tech was very helpful, kind and sensitive to my personal needs. Dr. Choudhry was respectful, professional and thorough with his care. Took time to explain my situation and options. We will definately go there for minor injuries for future care. They have an xray machine but no MRI so unfortunately we have to go elsewhere but not before they fitted me with a brace & crutches. Now I can get around a bit better with less pain too. The building and location is convenient. There is Adequate parking. The waiting room and rooms were clean and well sorted. The provider was knowledgeable and helpful my only complaint, was it excessively long, considering there was nobody there and the front office staff has something more to be desired. Considering these are the first people you meet with, and the represent the location they should be polite and on their A game.

I was travelling from TX after a surgery back to New England when I started having swelling near my surgical site. I experienced some bad drainage and I really needed to see medical help for it. I called Express Urgent Care and they said they could see me.I was in and out of there in no time, even being a new patient. All the staff are super caring, helpful and knowledgeable! I was able to get a prescription at a local pharmacy and continue my trip home, feeling much better about the situation and with some good medical advice to recover confidently.

If I give this zero stars I would. Front receptionist was rude. I asked about my insurance which is CHAMP VA through the VA and she rudely stated they don’t take it. If they take tricare and Medicare then CHAMP VA should be as well. We have never been turned away from a dr office before. She wouldn’t even run my card to check. Drove to the next one on the list and the last told me they should have run the card at the last place. Either way extremely rude customer service.

Every one was sweet. I made my appt on line so I flowed right thru. The nurses were great and I love PA Melissa Wasielewski. She was personable, swift and smart.

I was seeking medical attention. My son and I had been here before with no problems. I have insurance, an appointment was scheduled, and I had cash to pay my co-pay but, they would not see me because I didnt have a credit card to put on file. The employee who gave me this information was rude.

I had to go in for a physical for work. My experience was great. The staff was both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel extremely welcome. I highly recommend these guys.

It was New Year’s Eve morning, and I was able to make an appointment online for the Wilkes-Barre urgent care. I got a phone call to come as soon as I could with my son. Turns out the Wilkes-Barre urgent care was closed due to it being New Year’s Eve, and only Dickson city was open. Due to the online scheduling still being on in Wilkes-Barre, However, the doctor drove all the way down to Wilkes-Barre to see my son and two other people who made the appointments online.So grateful

I had a great experience. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The doctor was extremely nice and very informative. He provided me with helpful information and was also professional. He dedicated his time and didn’t rush his way through with the visit which is something that you don’t see when you go to an urgent care. I’ve had my fair share of not so great experiences but this one was positive. I definitely recommend them and will be going again if needed in the future.

This place is the best, I go here quite often I have a major health issue and the physician assistant takes care of me better than my own family doctor does, the nurses are nice and professional and are very nice ladies,we need more health care people to be like these ladies are, if you are in need of health care then you should give this facility a try

I was also impressed with how easy it was to make and confirm my appointment. I was also given a follow up text with my prescription that gave Name,dose, route and a video to watch about the script!! 5 STARS!! Way to go!

I went to this urgent care hoping there was a doctor that would want to find out why I keep getting recurrent monthly UTIs . He listened to my recurrent symptoms already sent my prescription to the pharmacy and will order a noninvasive test to see what’s going on then will proceed with other tests if necessary. He took the time to listen to my symptoms …. And never said it was just my back like at another urologist specialist .

I went to this office on a Sunday morning with an injured ankle. The physicians assistant and nurse that cared for me were outstanding! Kind, patient and caring. They also didn’t mess around with my referral for an Ortho doctor and insisted I call the office if I had trouble getting an appointment with a specialist in my area. I was in pain and exhausted but this was still the most efficient and caring urgent care I have been to.

Im not sure if we lucked out but we scheduled online, appointments were readily available. We went earlier than scheduled, being optimistic, check in was friendly, easy, and quick. We were brought right back. Quick triage. Professional and nice staff. Quick and efficient assessment by the PA. Rapid testing done on-site. Our total time was maybe 30-40 minutes. Best urgent care experience to date.

This is a fantastic urgent care! We called ahead of time and the staff was quick and friendly. When we arrived everything was very clean and well organized. I was seen right away and the PA spent a long time talking with me to understand my concerns. She then gave me many treatment options that really helped me feel better. Thank you so much! Needed a basic work physical filled out for work . Left with my physical filled out with extra stuff added & noted that was not asked for specifically . Save your self the trouble & go to your own dr . If i could Give 0 stars i would have . Not to mention the medical assistant didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing . Every second she had to ask the pa for something in regards to a patient out loud with no privacy . She was very loud about a patient who had HiV positive . HIPAA violation ‼️

Melissa Wasielewski the PA was great. So good very at her profession. She was so smart and followed everything to detail. She also made me feel so comfortable it was amazing the knowledge she had. I told numerous people about ur place and told them u need an urgent care this is the place to go to. ur entire staff was so nice and explained everything to me. They all cared about their job I could see it in how they treated me. I have my own business and desk with people all the time. To me your facility has 3 great workers. Mellisa is a gem. One last thing I always refused to get my tetanus shot for years but just from talking to Melissa, the PA I felt so comfortable and the way she explain it to me on why I should get the shot if it wasn’t for her I don’t think I would’ve got a tetanus shot ever and I never wanted to get one until she explained to me why I should get it, and I just believed in her the way she talk to me.

Id recommend this Healthcare provider. It was a very convenient experience to get registered, be seen, and receive treatment.

The first day I went I arrived just before closing and the doctor had already left for the day. That was pretty upsetting after driving 20 minutes to get there. But the front desk representative was very patient and she placed a call to someone to give me the best options. She didn’t just say “Im sorry the doctor left and we are closing soon” She made me an appointment for the next morning at 9am. I did drive 20 minutes with my 3 daughters but because she was very understanding and most important PATIENT AND HELPFUL! I couldn’t be mad. I arrived the next morning and was seen within 10 minutes of checking in. Probably not even 10 minutes. That had to be about 5 minutes. The doctor was AMAZING! Hands down the best doctor since moving to PA. He is a pediatric doctor which also helps because he knows how to work with smaller children. My daughter is 4 years old and she felt comfortable. One thing that stood out to me is how the doctor didn’t force things to get done. My daughter was uncomfortable so the doctor sent me home with instructions, he sent prescriptions to CVS and gave me options. He was very very patient and took the time to explain everything. He also provided me with a referral for a specialist for my daughter. I am very picky with many things but this place has 5 stars for a reason and I don’t mind driving 20 minutes to receive their service. The front desk rep and the doctor were both very nice individuals and I really really appreciate them helping all of my daughters and myself feel so comfortable. The way they interact with children is so nice. They were very respectful and very willing to help. The front desk rep went above and beyond to help me. I want to say thank you so much and I will come definitely recommend this Urgent Care to everyone! I will not have a problem driving 20 minutes out because it is so worth it. I have been such a busy schedule but I had to make sure I left a review. Thank you so very much to the both of you. Please continue to provide 5 star service. My apologies, I forgot to mention how clean this urgent care is which is very important with all these things going around. :-)

This place gets you in and out within a half hour. Ive gone here many times, and the people and doctors are very nice. They all do a great job.

Great experience. From beginning to end. Our daughter suffered an injury while hiking and the nurses and doctors were great. They explained everything to her and went the extra mile, from X-rays to fitting the boot, they made her feel comfortable and at ease.

First I saw was so beautiful and very clean! Staff was so nice and accommodating!! Loved the doctor! He listened to me and explained very thoroughly what was wrong! I was very impressed and have spread the word!!

One of the only places I’m still seeing that requires masks! Seeing the sign at the doors made me feel comfortable since those people are medical professionals and we are still in a pandemic. Also everyone from nurses to the doctor who examined my sprained ankle was super friendly. The office is also super CLEAN and tidy which again you’d hope for when seeking medical attention. Last thing, they took my insurance which shouldn’t normally be a problem anywhere but with the Geisinger monopoly in this area it’s a challenge.

The young woman working was super nice and helpful. There was a mixup with providers so the appt I made had to be switched to a different location. The young woman was amazing! So helpful, understanding and kind. Give her a raise!

This place is awesome. Very quick, the staff are extremely kind, and I didn’t feel like they were judging me at all, which is something I was nervous about. Hopefully I never need one again, but if I do, this will definitely be where I go.

We had a quick,friendly and marvelous visit. We moved recently and my son cut his finger. Looked up the closest regent care and this came up. They took us right in and we weren’t there long at all. Highly recommended!!!

I was in an out with 3 daughters even thou they arint fans of doctors, the nurse was very polite kind and understanding and the doctor was as well, they were understanding on how my girls felt due to past trama with doctors

Made an early appointment on line. Was taken right in. Everyone was very nice, caring and knowledgeable. Good choice.

Very nolagable Drs there was impressed

I was disappointed with express urgent care. I took my 19 month old for URI symptoms. We waited 1 hr for the doctor. The door was open so we heard everything. There was one patient ahead of us for a work physical. He was in the room for literally 2 mins and then came to our room. He listened to my daughters lungs and checked her ears that was it. I myself am a nurse in pediatrics and his exam was less than thorough. Once he examined her he seem d like he was just rambling words to appease me. I typically always take my daughter to her Pediatrician however the office was closed.Overall disappointing visit and a complete waste of time.

I found myself with the need and I needed to have X-rays. Being from out of town not familiar with things... express urgent care . walked me through it.ALL of the staff I met were great from the nurses at the desk to the drs at the end everybody was pleasent, professional and fast . Its nice to know that theres someplace I can trust when I need a medical facility.I didnt get names but everyone working today gets 6 stars.M. Christiano
